Distribution of [i]Aplysia[/i] insulin containing neuronal terminals in anterior tentacular nerve of marine slug [i]Aplysia californica[/i]. Localization of antigene - primary antibody - secondary antibody complex (secondary antibody labeled with rhodamine) revealed by fluorescence. Image acquired by Stanislav Rubahkin using Olympus IMT-2 inverted microscope equipped with epifluorescent light source and photocamera Olympus SC35 type 12. Image digitized with Leaf Systems Leafscan45 film/slide scanner in the VMIL. Immunostaining was performed by Elena Romanova (BSG, Beckman Institute)
