The primary preparation steps of an imprinted dendrimer, and an imprinted dendrimer binding a porphryin. Building block representations were obtained by converting 2D structures and MM/MD modeling of the imprinted dendrimer was done using Cerius 2. Molecular models were imported into Maya for further modification and rendering using mol2mel. The final composite image was prepared in Photoshop.
