3D reconstruction of mouse hind limb and hip bones, scanned using the ITG Skyscan 1172 MicroCT unit and visualized using Amira software in the VMIL. The images are being collected as part of a larger project to study the genetic aspects of bone morphology to inform studies of the evolution of skeletal form. The project exists as a collaboration between Dr. Charles Roseman of the UIUC Anthropology Department and Dr. James Cheverud of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
